About Me: Your Path to Inner Peace

I found Reiki at a time when I was craving grounding, clarity, and gentleness.  For years, I had absorbed everyone else’s emotions. I felt anxious, stuck, and slowly disconnected from myself. I believed I needed to be smaller — quieter, less emotional, less “too much” — just to be accepted.Over time, that self-silencing created tension in my body and doubt in my mind. I was constantly questioning myself.

At the same time, I was recovering from a serious physical injury, which left me feeling fragile and disconnected from my own body. Between emotional strain and physical limitation, I felt exhausted and far away from who I truly was.

Eventually, I knew I couldn’t ignore myself any longer. Through meditation and energy-based practices, I began calming my nervous system and listening to what my body and intuition had been trying to tell me all along.

I learned that constantly shrinking myself wasn’t strength — it was survival. Choosing to reconnect with myself, even in small ways, became the turning point.

 Now, I live with more space inside myself. I feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded. I trust my instincts. I honour my emotions instead of silencing them.

Through Reiki and mindful decluttering, I support others in creating space — within themselves and within their homes — so they can feel lighter, steadier, and more connected to who they truly are.
