Cancellation Policy  

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. 

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the session fee.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

This policy helps protect the time set aside specifically for you and allows me to offer appointments to other clients.

I do understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and discretion will be used where appropriate.
