What Is Reiki?

A gentle, hands-on practice in a safe space that supports deep relaxation. You lie down fully clothed. There’s nothing you need to do.

I place my hands just above your body, creating space for you to soften and reset. You may feel tingling sensations, or peaceful feelings, you may even fall asleep. Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and lighter.

What to Expect

We begin with a conversation & meditation. You then rest in a quiet space while I work gently above the body (with light touch if appropriate).

Clarity

Clarity comes when we soften the noise, not when we push harder.

• Ask your body before your mind

Before making a decision, pause and notice whether it feels light or heavy in your body. Your nervous system often knows before your thoughts do. 


Name one truth daily

Each day, gently acknowledge one honest sentence that begins with: “What’s true for me right now is…” Clarity builds through small moments of truth. 

• Reduce inputs before seeking answers

When confusion arises, consume less — fewer opinions, scrolling, or conversations. Clarity usually returns in quiet.

 

Calm

Calm isn’t something you force, it’s something you allow.

• Exhale longer than you inhale

Inhale for four, exhale for six to eight. This gently signals safety to the nervous system.

• Create one daily “nothing moment

Even five minutes with no fixing, no learning, and no doing. Calm grows in the pauses.

• Ground through the senses

When feeling overwhelmed, name three things you can see, two you can feel, and one you can hear. Calm lives in the present moment.

Space

Space is what allows healing, insight, and self-trust to land. 

• Leave white space in your day

Avoid filling every moment. Even ten unscheduled minutes creates energetic breathing room.
 

• Release what isn’t yours to hold

Regularly ask: “Is this mine to carry?” Space opens when we stop holding other people’s weight.

• Create a physical cue for space

A clear surface, a candle, or a chair by a window — somewhere that symbolises spaciousness for you. Your environment teaches your nervous system.

A shorter, focused reiki treatment, ideal for when you need a quick energy reset. Targeting key areas, helping to rebalance your energy and bring a sense of calm in a shorter space of time. 

Reiki Healing Session 
75mins £45

Beginning with calming meditation,then a full body energy healing treatment designed to resotre balance and promote a sense of calm & wellbeing, closing with time for stillness and reflection.
